Before you start
Ensure your network camera should be in the same network segment with your video recorder.
Step 1 Go to Configuration > Camera > Camera > IP Camera.
Step 2 Click Online Device. The online cameras in the same network segment with your video
recorder will be displayed in the camera list. The Security column shows whether the
network camera is active.
Step 3 Check an inactive network camera and click Activate.
Step 4 Choose one of the following methods to set camera password.
 Use video recorder password: Check Use Channel Default Password to activate the camera
using the set channel default password.
 Customize password: Enter the same password in Password and Confirm.
