How to Add IP Camera to Non-PoE NVR
Steps:
1.
Connect the devices.
2.
Activate the devices and enable DHCP.
3.
Go to the NVR's website and add IPC.

You should connect the devices as below. And power up all the devices.
Key Step 2 Activate the devices and enable DHCP.
Steps:

Open SADP tool. Select an inactive device. Set the password and confirm it. Click active.
Preparation
1 windows system PC,
At least 1 IP Camera,
1 Network Video Recorder,
At least 3 network cable,
1 POE Switch /non-POE Switch & compatible
power adapter for IP Camera.
