How do I transfer a call that I've put on hold?
You can't! You must put that call into Park or Transfer it live.
How do I transfer a call directly to an extension's voicemail?
Simply transfer as normal, except dial an * in front of the extension number (So if you wanted
to transfer to extension 1001's voicemail, you'd transfer to *1001).
