Problem
The output of water is
faster and larger than
normal.
The floor dries with stripes
when I use the water tank.

Possible cause
The water tank is empty or
nearly empty.
You use a microfiber
mopping pad that is not
supplied by Philips.
If the water tank produces an
uncontrolled and too large
amount of water, the cap of
the tank is probably not
closed properly.
The strip is not placed
properly in the bottom of the
water tank.
You added too much liquid
cleaner to the water.
Meaning
The appliance is stored or charged at a temperature below 5°C. Move the
appliance to a warmer room. Do not store or charge the appliance at a
temperature below 5°C or above 40°C.
The roller brush in the motorized floor nozzle or in the mini turbo brush has
become blocked and cannot turn freely. Switch off the appliance and check
the roller brush for obstructions.
No current passes through the adapter.Check if the adapter is inserted into the
wall socket properly. If the adapter is inserted properly and the charging disk
(magnet) is attached properly and the appliance does not start to charge, the
adapter may be defective. In that case, please contact the Consumer Care
Center or take the appliance to an authorized Philips service center.
You use the wrong adapter. Connect the correct adapter. If the correct adapter
does not work, please contact the Consumer Care Center or take the appliance

Solution
Refill the water tank.
Only use an original Philips microfiber
mopping pad. You can buy these
mopping pads in the online Philips shop
at www.shop.philips.com/service or at
your Philips dealer.
Check the cap and make sure it is fully
and properly closed.
Check the strip and make sure that it is
fitted properly in the bottom plate of the
water tank.
Use only a few drops or use a cleaner
that foams less.
