FEATURES AND CONTROLS
THROTTLE PEDAL
Depress the throttle pedal to increase engine speed and (when the transmission
is in gear) vehicle speed. Spring pressure returns the pedal to the rest position
when released. Always check that the throttle pedal returns normally before
starting the engine.
NOTICE
When driving above 10 MPH (16 km/h), the vehicle may engage a brake-
throttle override system. If the vehicle detects that the brake pedal is pressed
at the same time as the throttle pedal, it will disengage engine power after one
second.
CLUTCH PEDAL
Depress the clutch pedal (disengage the clutch) before shifting gears. For
smooth clutch operation, depress the pedal quickly and release it gradually.
• To disengage the clutch, press the pedal toward the floor.
• To engage the clutch, gradually release the clutch pedal.
