UNIX PC Keyboard Codes
This Appendix describes the special functions performed
by the UNIX PC keys during terminal emulation and lists
the codes transmitted by each key on the UNIX PC
keyboard in each Terminal Emulation mode.
See Appendix A for a chart of the ASCII codes.
