Using Data Profile Files
To display a list of all profile files:
o
Open the Profiles folder in the Filecabinet,
or
press the <Cmd> key with the cursor on the
Data Profile Name: field of Telephone
Manager's Create Data Entry form.
Because data profiles are associated with data entries
in your telephone directory, and because Telephone
Manager expects data profiles to be stored in the
Profiles folder, you should not move them to another
folder.
You should also take care not to delete a
profile file unless you are certain that none of your
telephone directory entries use the profile.
