ASSEMBLING THE PRECISE HEAT MIXING BOWL
If desired, attach the appropriate

accessory for your recipe. Then rotate
the Stand Mixer bowl-lift lever back in
the up position.
Attaching to Tilt-Head Stand Mixers
(5KSM150, 5KSM156, 5K45SS)
Use the attachment ring on the bottom of the Precise Heat Mixing Bowl to attach it to the
Stand Mixer clamping plate.
Be sure the Stand Mixer's speed control

is set to 0 and Stand Mixer and Precise
Heat Mixing Bowl are both unplugged.
Tilt the Stand Mixer motor head back.
If desired, attach the appropriate

accessory for your recipe.

Place the Precise Heat Mixing Bowl on

the clamping plate, and attach by turning
gently in a clockwise direction.
Place the Stand Mixer motor head back

in the down position and lock into place.
