USING YOUR BREAD MAKER
Stopping A Program
• At the end of the cycle, the program stops automatically and the indicator
light (F) comes on.
• To stop a program underway or cancel the delayed start, press and hold the
button for 5 seconds. (Fig. 12)
Taking Bread Out Of The Pan
• This step is not applicable to the baguette cycle.
• Unplug the bread maker at the end of the cooking or warming cycle.
• Lift the bread pan out of the bread maker by pulling on the handle. Always use oven mitts as the bread
pan and handle are hot.
• Remove the hot bread from the pan and place it on a rack for at least 1 hour to cool.
• If the kneading paddles remain in the baked bread loaf when it is removed
from the loaf pan, you can use the hook accessory (16) as follows:
- while the bread is still hot, lay the bread on its side
(use oven mitts here as well)
- insert the hook in the hole of the kneading paddle and pull gently to release
the kneading paddle. (Fig. 13)
