NOTE: Make sure to capitalize the "P" in "Print" for the device URI.

NOTE: If you do not see "TOSHIBA" in the "Make" list, restart CUPS.

Enter the "lpd://<IP address>/Print" in the "Device URI" field
and click [Continue].
Select "TOSHIBA" at the "Make" list and click [Continue].
Select the PPD in the "Model" list and click [Continue].
