This function enables a Standby switch to compare its main startup software image version
with that of the IRF master. If the versions are different, the Standby switch automatically
downloads the current software images from the master, sets the downloaded images as
the main software images at the next reboot, and automatically reboots with the new
images to re-join the IRF fabric. In this upgrade process, the function avoids the failure of
assign all the Standby switches the same main software image file as the master switch
causing an upgrade failure.

The system automatically loads the ".bin" boot and system images in the ".ipe" file and sets
them as the startup software images.
