Configure Linux
Requirement
You have root privileges.
Linux configuration
To establish a routed TCP/IP connection, activate "packet forwarding". Enter the following
command line:
sysctl -w net.ipv4.ip_forward=1
Note
Settings are lost after restart
The settings are lost after a restart. To save the setting, convert the following line in the
"/etc/sysctl.conf" file to comment:
#net.ipv4.ip_forward=1
To convert the line to comment, remove the "#" character in front of the line.
To check the status of "packet forwarding", enter the following command:
sysctl -n net.ipv4.ip_forward
Result
You can establish a connection to the CPU via the runtime communication interface
(192.168.73.155).
