Restore base image and backup image using USB restore flash

If the CPU does not work as expected and a fault occurs in the Diagnostics Tool, you can
use the USB restore stick to write the base image to the CFast card.
The USB Restore flash drive contains the following base image.
Requirements
● The CFast card is inserted into the PC.
● The USB Restore flash drive is inserted into the PC.
Procedure
1. Start the PC system and press "Esc" to open the boot menu.
2. Select the USB restore flash drive as the boot device.
The Backup and Restore Tool (Page 72) opens.
3. Select the CFast card as target device with the parameter "-d".
4. To restore the base image, enter the following command line:
./s7-restore-tool -i ../CPU1505SPF.img -d /dev/sda -r
Only the first three partitions are overwritten.
To also overwrite the CPU data on the fourth partition, add the parameter "-o".
5. Click "Y" to confirm the message that the partitions will be overwritten.
Result
The Restore is performed.
