Clean the cooking chamber
of the steel and the performance of the equipment over time;
suitable for the dirt present in the room.
If you often cook "fat" foods (e.g. porchetta, roasts, etc.),
program or use the hand shower to facilitate the final cleaning and guarantee maximum hygiene at all times.
The cleaning procedures are summarized in the table, while each operation is explained in detail on the following pages;
