6. Lift the rod all the way up
to the lid so that the discs
and the spring are squeezed
together to free the cream
between the discs.
7. With the rod still all the way
up, twist the rod to the right to
lock the discs together inside
the holder.
8. Push the rod down to pipe
the whipped cream out.

9. If you need to stop piping for
a while, the cream whipper
should be stood upright
on the base (except when
the longest nozzle is used).
10. When you have finished piping, pull the rod all the way back up to
the lid and twist it to the left to release the discs from the holder.
Handy hint: The cream whipper can also be used to froth milk.

Care and maintenance

• Wash all parts thoroughly before use.
• The cream whipper can be washed in the top basket of
the dishwasher.
• The cream whipper can also be cleaned by filling it with warm soapy
water and pumping it up and down.
• The cream whipper should be stored in a dry and dust-free place out
of children's reach when not in use.
