We have a Ditec QIK 7EH Barrier arm system, the IN arm has gone up and stayed up, we have wiped the moisture off all the sensors unlike the exit the IN has stayed up. Unlocking and manually pulling the arm down and locking again still has not worked.

A possible cause of the DITEC QIK 7EH barrier arm staying up, despite cleaning the sensors and attempting a reset, could be incorrect DIP switch settings. For example:
- DIP1 set to ON enables parking usage with immediate closing after passage. - If DIP3 is not set to OFF in this mode, the barrier may not function correctly. - Also, if JR3 DIP1 is OFF (step-by-step radio mode) and DIP2 is OFF (right opening), the logic may not match the intended operation.
Incorrect time setting in the automatic closing function or disabled closing (TC time = 0) may also prevent the arm from lowering.
Check and adjust DIP switch and timing settings according to the manual.
