TEACH mode

Enables the teaching of the switching points.
Before teaching in the EDIT mode, select the desired switching function

(window or threshold value comparator) (see under EDIT mode).
For teaching the switching variables:
1. Create flow (flow1).
2. In order to activate the TEACH mode and to accept the value (flow1), first press
the button for the desired switching output (Out A/B), then press the Edit but
ton whilst holding down the Switching output button.
3. Only with active security blocking [Lock] :
S Press the UP/DOWN button until the desired security code is set.
S Press the Edit button.
The switching output symbol and the bar display will flash.
4. Create flow (flow2).
5. In order to accept the value (flow2), first press the button selected under 2.,
then press the Edit button whilst holding down the Switching output button.
The MS6−SFE−... is in the RUN mode again.
Setting the threshold value comparator: The (taught) switching point results from
the average value of both measured values SP = 1/2 (flow1 + flow2)
(special case: SP = flow1 = flow2).
Setting the window comparator: The taught switching window results from the
measured values SP.Lo = flow1; SP.Hi = flow2.

LOCK mode

This enables the security code to be set, modified and deleted.
1. In order to activate the EDIT mode, press the Edit button.
2. Only with active security blocking [Lock] :
S Press the UP/DOWN button until the desired security code is set.
S Press the Edit button.
[Out A] flashes.
3. Press the UP/DOWN button until the LOCK mode is selected. [Lock] flashes.
4. In order to activate the LOCK mode, press the Edit button.
