Setting the switching behaviour of the digital outputs in the RUN mode
Warning
Depending on the functionality of the machine/system, the manipulation of
signal states can cause serious injury to human beings and damage to property.
S Note that if the switching status of the outputs is modified in the EDIT mode,
the new status will be effective immediately.
For flow measurement, switching points for both digital outputs (Out A/B) are
possible. A switching impulse for the accumulated consumption measurement can
then only be defined for digital output A (Out A). The combination of accumulated
consumption measurement (Out A) and flow measurement (Out B) is possible.
Proceed as follows:

a) Select the switching output
Switching output Out A
1. In order to activate the EDIT mode, press the Edit button.
Only with active security blocking [Lock]:
Press the UP/DOWN button until the desired security code is set.

Press the Edit button.
S
[Out A] flashes.
With the UP/DOWN button the following can be selected (see also Fig. 21 and Fig. 22):
The output for which the behaviour is to be set (Out A or Out B)
The LOCK mode (set security code)
The RECORDER mode (only when Out A is in switching mode Flow).
3. In order to confirm the selected output, press the Edit button.
