NOTICE
Installing the charger extension cable. In case of improper installation
of the cable, constant movement of the cable during gait can result in a
broken wire. This makes impossible to ensure an appropriate charging
function.
The cable should not be installed to the prosthetic socket, but must be
guided via the tube adapter.

4 Instructions for installation
The charging receptacle can either be glued directly into the cosmetic foam
cover (in this case we recommend using rigid foam for the area around
the charging receptacle) or it can be firmly attached to the C-Leg / C-Leg
compact / Ottobock Compact tube adapter (fig. 2, right) using the 4X79
Plug Holder (fig. 1).
1. The extension cable's battery sleeve can be shortened and thus adapted
to different ankle circumferences (shortening range, see fig. 2).
2. Plug the extension cable into the knee joint.
3. Coil the cable around the tube adapter (fig. 1). When doing so, make
sure the cable lies flat on the tube and does not twist around itself. With
shorter tubes it helps to affix adhesive tape to each point of the joint
and / or tube adapter.
