Connecting the Mobile PD to a paired iOS device

Once paired with an iPhone, the Mobile PD can connect to it as long as the
Personal Hotspot is left active.
1 Validate that Bluetooth is active in the iPhone.
2 Validate that the Personal Hotspot is active in the iPhone.
3 Keep the iPhone within the Bluetooth range of the Mobile PD.
4 Start the Mobile PD by inserting the key that is to be remotely updated.
 The iPhone indicates when network sharing is active (that is when the Mobile
PD is connected).
