Before cleaning, please pull the power plug and allow the unit to cool
down!

Use only a lightly moistened cloth to clean the motor unit. Do not
immerse the motor unit in water or any liquids!

Do not use aggressive chemicals or similar materials for cleaning.

Clean all the accessories for mincing meat before and after each use.
Clean the accessory thoroughly with hot water and mild detergent. Do
not clean all parts in the dishwasher.

The blade is sharp. Be careful when cleaning the blade.

Apply some vegetable oil on the grinding discs and the worm shaft in
order to lubricate and to protect them from corrosion.

Clean the pasta discs before and immediately after each use otherwise
the dough will dry and this will make it extremely difficult to remove it
from the disc.

Storing


Store the stand mixer and all accessories out of reach of children.

Before storing the stand mixer, place the drive lock cap (8) on the
machine. By doing this you will protect the drives from dust and dirt
and avoid injuries by the rotating parts during next operation.
