Removing and replacing the heat spreader
Prerequisites
Before you perform this procedure, make sure that you have the following items available:

T-15 security screwdriver
•
Phillips screwdriver
Procedure
1. Power down the system.
2. Remove all power:
a. Disconnect the power cord from the power source.
b. Disconnect the power cord from the system.
