• Do NOT burn treated wood or wood with salt (driftwood).
• May generate carbon monoxide if burn material other than
wood.
May result in illness or possible death.
When first operated, this appliance may release an odor for the first several hours. This is
caused by the curing of the paint and the burning off of any oils remaining from manufacturing.
Noise is caused by metal expanding and contracting as it heats up and cools down, similar to
the sound produced by a furnace or heating duct. This noise does not affect the operation or
longevity of the appliance.
The fan produces a whirring sound which increases in volume as the speed is increased.

Keep combustible materials, gasoline and other
flammable vapors and liquids clear of appliance.
• Do NOT store flammable materials in the appliance's vicinity.
• DO NOT USE GASOLINE, LANTERN FUEL, KEROSENE,
CHARCOAL LIGHTER FLUID OR SIMILAR LIQUIDS TO
START OR "FRESHEN UP" A FIRE IN THIS HEATER.
• Keep all such liquids well away from the heater while it is in
use.
• Combustible materials may ignite.
