Set to 2 the drivers of the video input cards and RGB I
This enables all users to display video or RGB respectively.
Set to 3 only a user with at least Power User Rights is able to start the needed drivers.
Set to 4 disables the driver of the input cards.
This is applicable only for Windows NT. Windows 2000/XP offers independently of the user ac-
cess rights full access to the displaying functionality.
