Precautions Before Use

Never use test leads or measuring wires if there is any evidence of
deterioration (insulation split, burnt, etc).
•
Never exceed the safety values indicated in the specifications.
Never connect the unit to a live circuit.

4.2
Instrument Configuration
The SET-UP mode is used to modify the instrument's configuration. This
can also be performed by using the DataView
the instrument.
To configure the Model 6240 directly from the display, turn the rotary switch
to the SET-UP position. The following screen will appear:
