Depending on the operating conditions, check the actuator at certain intervals to prevent
possible failure before it can occur. Operators are responsible for drawing up an inspection
plan.
Troubleshooting
Malfunction
Piston rod does not move on

through its complete travel

Actuator is blocked.
Insufficient signal pressure
Signal pressure not connected
properly.
Insufficient signal pressure
Valve accessories incorrectly set.
Recommended action
Check attachment.
Unblock the actuator.
Check the signal pressure.
Check the signal pressure line for
leakage.
Check the signal pressure
