    STARTING CALLS You can start a manual call to an ISDN line number or a network IP address that you type in the New Call bar. To start a call using the manual dialer: 1. Select New Call on the main menu. The New Call bar appears. 2.

    MUTING THE VIDEO Muting during a videoconference is a preference which is selected via the remote control. When you press Mute Video during a call, the remote side sees the Mute Video BMP image, which indicates that your video has been muted. SWITCHING IMAGE MODES When interacting with the remote side, two image modes are available: Display mode and Far End mode.

    PERATOR EQUEST FOR ELEPHONE The Operator can request you to connect using a dial-tone to proceed with the call. To enter DTMF tone:  Use the remote control, dial using the numeric pad. The screen shows DTMF message: "DTMF signal **** sent" representing the numbers pressed on the keypad.

    ECORDING You can stop an on-going recording whenever you want. To stop recording: 1. Select Media>Stop Record. The message "Do you want to stop recording?" appears. 2. Select Yes.     ONNECTING TO A APTOP The moment a device such as a laptop is connected to Collaborate Room via a data point, the Laptop option is enabled. The system will be connected to the laptop in "presentation only" mode (see Presentation Mode). When you select Laptop as data source, the screen switches to the data on the laptop.
