To provide remote access to the Remote Annex 4000 ROMs:

From a site local to the Remote Annex 4000:
Put the Remote Annex in test mode so the monitor
prompt appears on the console.
Set the modem to auto-answer mode.

From the Remote Annex 4000 console port:
At the monitor prompt, enter console-baud.
At the Select Baud Rate prompt, enter the appropriate
baud rate or auto.
Connect the modem to the Remote Annex's console port.

From the remote site:
Dial into the modem connected to the Remote Annex .
