SAFETY FIRST: Protective gloves and eyewear are recommended at this point.
MXU 700i
Mechanical Seal Inspection
Remove the right mudguard. See the Mudguards and Footrests topic for more information.
Inspect the telltale hole in the water pump cover for signs of coolant leaking. If there is
coolant coming from this hole the mechanical seal is compromised and the seal must be
replaced.
