Getting Started

You must access the routing switch by connecting a terminal device to the serial port on the management module.
Note: ProCurve recommends that you use the console cable provided with the routing switch. If you need to use a
different cable, please see the "Console Cable" entry under "Included Components" on page 11.
After you have accessed the device, assign an IP address and subnet mask to correspond to your network's addressing
