Cover plate nut tightening sequences
Gradually tighten
shown in illustration:
Burner & Burner Access Plate torque: 10 N-m/88.5 in-lbs/7.4 ft -lbs. (11mm socket)
Cover Plate torque: 20 N-m/177 in-lbs/14.8 ft -lbs. (13mm socket)
If the tightening is not done as specifi ed, the cover plate could buckle, allowing a
fl ue gas leakage.
