Replace the 4-pin communications
cable between the display UI control
board (Phoenix) and the I/O control
board (Sage). Did this fix the problem?
Troubleshooting:

F10: Communication Failure

Cycle power. Does the F10 reappear

after approximately 5 seconds?
Replace the I/O control
board (Sage). If the
problem persists, replace
NO
the display assembly,
which includes the UI
control board (Phoenix).
Troubleshooting:

F12: Firmware Reboot

Replace the UI/display (Phoenix).
NO
Return the oven to service.
