VLC Player Installation

VLC Player Installation using the executable file (recommended)
VLC Player installation is required to view live image and control the network camera on a web-
browser.
Note
Previous installations of VLC Player should be completely uninstalled from the PC. Weldex uses
a customized and proprietary version of VLC Player which requires that all other VLC versions
be removed from the PC, even if the installed version is newer than what's provided by Weldex.
1. Install the 'vlc-2.0.6-win32-
weldex.exe' executable file from the
installation CD.
2. Previous installations of VLC player
should be uninstalled.
3. Start the installation process.
4. From the [Select the type of install]
dropdown menu, choose [custom].
5. Confirm the installation path and click
[Next] to start copying files to the PC.
