3. Slip the long belt off the drive pulley,
center-spindle pulley, and right-spindle pulley
(Figure 65).
4. Remove the belt from the mower.
Note:
You may need to rotate the belt while
removing it from the center-spindle pulley.
Removing the Short Belt
1. Remove the belt covers; refer to

3. Use a breaker bar or similar tool to rotate the belt
tensioner for the short belt counterclockwise and
slip the belt off the tensioner pulley

5. Remove the belt from the mower.
