R & R TRUNK DOOR LATCH ASSEMBLY
REMOVAL
1. See Fig. 1. Open trunk door and loosen push-
button latch nut.
2. When latch nut reaches latch, push in button to
remove nut and star washer.
3. Remove latch assembly.
REPLACEMENT
1. See Fig. 2. Install new latch and fasten with
latch nut and star washer. Hand tighten only.
2. Make any necessary latch adjustments.
