Jump to Flat Rate Times
14. See Fig. 10. Insert (2) M6 x 1 x 30 bolts
through left and right front body mount holes
and fasten with (2) M6 x 1 plated flange locking
nut and (2) washers. Leave bolts loose for body
adjustment.
15. Tighten front body mount bolts with 4mm Allen
head socket and 10mm ratchet wrench. Be
sure front body mount brackets are flush with
body footrests.
16. Re-check body alignment with framing square.
17. Tighten front body mount bolts and torque to 16
ft.-lbs.
18. Snug up top frame rail body mount bolts, mak-
ing sure to tighten evenly on both sides so as to
not pull the body to one side or the other.
Tighten using 3/16" Allen head socket and 1/2"
wrench.
19. Torque top frame rail body mount bolts to 16 ft-
lbs.
20. Reconnect wiring harness and test lights.
21. Reinstall operator and passenger seats.
