Printing Reports

De-identify Patient Information

If you want to remove the patient's personal information from the screen and the report, use the De-
identify Patient Information option under the File menu.

The personal information will be replaced with ***. The only personal information that is not removed is
the Person ID.

Print to external printer or PDF

From the File menu, select Print Report.
