 Error code 2013
Document Jam/too Long.
• Scan sensor is ON when the power switch is turned ON.
• Paper jam sensor remains ON after the specified time during document scanning.
• Scan sensor detected that the smaller size of paper was ejected during the document
feeding.
• Scan sensor or paper detection sensor was ON when the ADF cover was closed.
<User Check>
• Remove the jammed document.
• Set a document within the specified size.
• Adjust the document guide according to the document width.
• Check that the document is not damp.
• Close the front cover correctly.
• Clean the optical sensor section. (Refer to the figure below.)

Cause
Reattach the paper detect actuator.
Reconnect the sensor PCB flat cable.
Reconnect the paper detection sensor harness.
Reconnect the feed motor harness.
Replace the paper detection sensor harness.
Replace the multi-feed sensor PCB ASSY
(Receive).
Replace the sensor PCB ASSY.
Replace the feed motor.
Replace the main PCB ASSY.
