0 Time in seconds that the
ROMboot sequence will
delay before starting.
The purpose is to allow
the user the option of
stopping the boot by use
of the Break key. The
time value is from 0
through 255 seconds.

when the Bug searches
for a ROMboot Module.
This is the start of the
Flash memory space.
FFBFFFFC Last location tested
when the Bug searches
for a ROMboot Module.
