such claim or damages. The liability of LICENSOR and its third-party suppliers for direct damages shall not exceed
the actual amount paid for the program license.
Some States do not allow the exclusion of limitation of implied warranties or liability for incidental or consequential
damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
