Speed selection
The Eco-governor has a speed selection feature that allows the engine speed to be changed with external
switch inputs. The speed selection feature includes three modes: (1) Constant speed mode where the
engine speed is kept constant, (2) Constant deceleration mode where the engine speed is reduced from a
specified value with a constant deceleration, and (3) Auto deceleration mode where the engine speed is set
to a specified value after a specified time has elapsed.
Table 2-10 shows the relationship between the position of external switches and the engine speed in the
three modes.
