GUN ADAPTER REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE
1. Turn power OFF at the welding power source.
2. Using a Phillips screw driver, loosen the screw
securing the gun adapter cover. Remove the gun
adapter cover.

3. With a 3/4" wrench, remove the bolt holding the
electrode lead to the gun adapter.
