3.10 Power Supply Output
SIM7020 has a LDO power output named VDD_EXT. The output voltage is 1.8V. Meanwhile it has
a DCDC power output named VDD_3V3, which voltage range is 3.3V-3.5V (depend on VBAT).
Both of them are not present in PSM mode.
