Block the unused COM2 waterproof cable connectors with waterproof plugs.

Method 2: RJ45 port connection
a. Insert the wires of the network cable to the RJ45 connector in sequence, as shown
in Figure 5-26.

b. Crimp the connector using a crimping tool.
c. Remove the COM1 waterproof cable connector.
d. Route the crimped network cable into the cable routing pipe.
e. Route the cable and cable routing pipe through the COM1 hole at the bottom of the
SUN2000.
f. Connect the RJ45 connectors to the RS485 IN and RS485 OUT ports in the
SUN2000 maintenance area, as shown in
