Procedure
Step 1 Remove an appropriate length of the jacket and insulation layer from the AC output cable
using a wire stripper.

Step 2 Insert the exposed core wires into the crimp area of the OT terminal and crimp them using
hydraulic pliers.
Step 3 Wrap the wire crimp area with heat shrink tubing or PVC insulation tape.
Step 4 Remove the AC OUTPUT waterproof cable connector.
Step 5 Route the prepared AC output power cable through the cable routing pipe.

Do not install a single circuit breaker for several SUN2000s.
Do not connect loads between the SUN2000 and circuit breaker.
UL1015 copper-core cables that can withstand 105º C (221º F) are recommended. Soft
cables are recommended to facilitate installation.

Prepare OT terminals by yourself. The OT terminal applies to an M6 screw hole and a
cable with the maximum specification being 6 AWG.
It is recommended that the AC output cable be routed through a pipe for protection. The
maximum pipe outer diameter allowed is 40.5 mm (1.59 in.).
If heat shrink tubing is used, put it through the power cable and then crimp the OT terminal.
