Types of issues displayed in the report are:

ECI333 not responding
•
Wireless device not responding
•
Wireless device with a low battery
•
Wireless device that is in tamper mode (device housing is open).
The report will show the resident name, room number and the input device type this issue is for. It will also indicate at what
date and time this issue was originally noticed by AlphaECall.
Once any of these issues shown in this report are fixed and you go back to view this report that item will be removed from
the report. This report will not show past issues, just ones that are currently occurring.
The report can be sorted by resident name, room number, or input device type.

Programmed Devices - This report will give you a current list of all input devices programmed into AlphaECall™. The
report will show the resident name and room number the device was programmed for and the input device type. The
report can be sorted by resident name, room number, or input device type.

Residents - This report will display a list of all residents and their room numbers setup in AlphaECall™. The report can be
sorted by resident name or room number.
•
Event Logs - This Report will display a full dump of activity data between two date ranges. You can also search for specific
terms within the data using the search box.
•
Call Analysis - This chart will display the total number of Calls Per Day, Week, or Month over a selected period of time.
The chart can also be broken down by resident name/room and input device types.
