Problem
The oven does not heat up.
The lamp does not operate.
The core temperature sensor
does not operate.
Steam and condensation
settle on the food and in the
cavity of the oven.
The display shows "C2".

The display shows an error
code that is not in this table.
There is no good cooking
performance using the func-
tion: True Fan Cooking
PLUS.
Possible cause
The fuse is blown.
The lamp is defective.
The plug of the core tem-
perature sensor is not cor-
rectly installed into the sock-
et.
You left the dish in the oven
for too long.
You want to start the Pyroly-
sis or Defrost function, but
you did not remove the core
temperature sensor plug
from the socket.
The cleaning function does
not operate. You did not
fully close the door, or the
door lock is defective.
• You did not fully close
the door.
• The door lock is defec-
tive.
There is an electrical fault.
You did not turn on correctly
the function: True Fan Cook-
ing PLUSwith the Plus
Steam.

Remedy
Make sure that the fuse is
the cause of the malfunction.
If the fuse is blown again
and again, contact a quali-
fied electrician.
Replace the lamp.
Put the plug of the core tem-
perature sensor as far as
possible into the socket.
Do not leave the dishes in
the oven for longer than 15 -
20 minutes after the cooking
process ends.
Remove the core tempera-
ture sensor plug from the
socket.
Fully close the door.
• Fully close the door.
• Deactivate the oven with
the house fuse or the
safety switch in the fuse
box and activate it again.
• If the display shows
"F102" again, contact the
Customer Care Depart-
ment.
• Deactivate the oven with
the house fuse or the
safety switch in the fuse
box and activate it again.
• If the display shows the
error code again, contact
the Customer Care De-
partment.
