Residual heat
If a programme with the Duration or End
Time selection is activated and the
cooking time is longer than 30 minutes,
the heating elements automatically turn
off earlier in some oven functions.
The fan and lamp continue to operate.
When you turn off the oven, the display
shows the residual heat. You can use that
heat to keep the food warm.
When the cooking duration is longer
than 30 minutes, reduce the oven
temperature to minimum 3 - 10 minutes
before the end of cooking. The residual
heat inside the oven will continue to
cook.
