Installation guidelines

General installation guidelines
Observe the following guidelines when mounting and connecting PN/M-Bus LINK:
● When connecting PN/M-Bus LINK, ensure that you comply with all applicable and binding
standards. Adhere to the relevant national and regional regulations when installing and
operating the device. Check with the local authorities regarding the standards and rules
to be followed in your particular case.
● Ensure a zero-voltage state during assembly and connection work.
● Observe the installation and wiring guidelines of your automation system and the
M-Bus system.
Guidelines for installing PN/M-Bus LINK devices
● PN/M-Bus LINK is classified as open equipment according to standards for electrical
devices.
● You must install PN/M-Bus LINK in an enclosure, switch cabinet or control room. The
