7.7 ALARMS MANAGEMENT
In the case of a malfunction the following procedure is
activated:
1) acoustic alarm (beep) with the possible cause
viewed on the display;
2) pellet loading stops;
3) the smoke discharge fan works at maximum
capacity for a maximum time of twenty minutes.
To light the stove again follow the instructions given in
paragraph 7.7.9.
If the external thermostat is in use and any alarm is
signalled to perform a restart, it is mandatory that it is
performed from the command panel.
Below are the various alarm messages that can appear
on the display.
Apart from the alarm messages, the time and date in
which they occur are also visualised.
7.7.1 SMOKE TEMP. alarm (smoke temperature
alarm)
This happens if the temperature of the smoke is
insufficient for correct operation of the stove.
To restore normal stove operation proceed as follows:
1) make sure there are pellets in the container;
2) check that the quality of the pellets is good (e.g.
not damp);
3) restore operation as indicated in paragraph 7.7.9.
7.7.2 Alarm NO IGNITION
It occurs at the end of the START-UP phase if the
temperature of the smoke is not enough for the correct
functioning of the stove.
To restore normal stove operation proceed as follows:
1) make sure there are pellets in the container;
2) check that the quality of the pellets is good (e.g.
not damp);
3) restore operation as indicated in paragraph 7.7.9.
7.7.3 Alarm THERMAL
This alarm triggers whenever there are malfunctions
concerning:
- overheating of the pellet tank:
This can happen for various accidental causes.
- water overheating in the stove's circuit.
This occurs through accidental causes, such as
the pump's faulty operation or owing to the
presence of air in the hydraulic system;
- lack of electrical power when the stove is operating;
- for the need of special maintenance.

ALARME

Bei Auftreten von Betriebsstörungen wird folgende
Prozedur eingeleitet:
1) akustisches Signal (Summer) mit Anzeige am Display
der möglichen Ursache;
2) die Beschickung mit Pellets wird unterbrochen;
3) der Ventilator zur Rauchableitung wird max. zwanzig
Minuten auf Höchstleistung betrieben.
Für eine neue Zündung muss der Heizofen laut Absatz
7.7.9. zurückgestellt werden
Ist der externe Thermostat in Betrieb und erfolgt ein Alarm,
muss die erneute Zündung notwendigerweise von der
Bedienblende aus erfolgen.
Anstehend die verschiedenen Alarmmeldungen, die am
Display erscheinen können.
Neben der Alarmmeldung werden auch die Uhrzeit und
das Datum angezeigt, zu denen die Alarme erfolgt sind.

7.7.1 Alarm ABGASTEMP (Alarm Rauchtemperatur)

Tritt dann auf, wenn die Rauchtemperatur für den
korrekten Heizofenbetrieb nicht ausreicht.
Um den Heizofen wieder auf Normalbetrieb
zurückzustellen, wie folgt vorgehen:
1) sicherstellen, dass genügend Pellets im Behälter sind;
2) sicherstellen, dass die Qualität der Pellets einwandfrei
ist (z.B. nicht feucht);
3) den Betrieb laut Absatz 7.7.9. wieder herstellen.
7.7.2 Alarm ZÜENDUNG
Am Ende der STARTPHASE wird kontrolliert, ob die
Rauchgastemperatur für den korrekten Betrieb des
Heizofens nicht ausreicht.
Tritt dann auf, wenn die Rauchtemperatur für den
korrekten Heizofenbetrieb nicht ausreicht.
Um den Heizofen wieder auf Normalbetrieb
zurückzustellen, wie folgt vorgehen:
1) sicherstellen, dass genügend Pellets im Behälter
sind;
2) sicherstellen, dass die Qualität der Pellets einwandfrei
ist (z.B. nicht feucht);
3) den Betrieb laut Absatz 7.7.9. wieder herstellen.

7.7.3 Alarm TERMISCHE

Wird ausgelöst wenn Störungen auftreten durch:
- Überhitzung des Pelletbehälters:
Kann durch verschiedene Ursachen ausgelöst
werden.
- Überhitzung des Wassers im Kreislauf des Ofens.
Tritt aufgrund zufälliger Ursachen ein wie nicht
funktionierende Pumpe oder Vorhandensein von
Luft in der Hydraulikanlage;
- Keine Stromzufuhr, wenn der Heizofen in Betrieb
ist;
- bei einer notwendigen, außerordentlichen Wartung.
